All matches are played using the extended game format (with tie-breaks). A match is decided by the first player/team to win two extended games, with singles tie-breaks played to 7 points and doubles match tie-breaks played to 10 points.
Maximum Number of Participants: No limit.
Each match is scored according to the BITS LIFESTYLE TENNIS INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT RULES, serving as the basis for qualification for the MASTERS TOURNAMENT.
Three age categories: (25–40, 40–55, over 55).
Women: One category – registration is only possible in mixed doubles.
Mixed Doubles: Unified category (minimum age: 25 years).
No ATP/WTA/ITF registration in the last 4 years.
Players must have been unregistered with national federations for at least 4 years (cannot participate in open national championships).
Professionals or former professionals who have ever earned ATP points are not allowed to participate.
Registration closes two days before each tournament (Thursday at 11:59 PM). In case of bad weather, the tournament will be postponed to Sunday. The draw and match schedule will be published on the website the day before the tournament starts, by 12:00 PM.
Registration fee: €25, credited directly to your BITS account.
